Service Description

-Providing day-to-day basis such contractual advice and assistance as may be necessary in relation to the client’s project. -Vetting/reviewing of previous as well as future correspondences -Preparing all necessary documentation and representing the client before any court/tribunal -Providing expert advice and consultation to the client in relation to FIDIC form of contract in particular and/or any other form of contract in general. -Administration of Project handing and taking over -Preparation of Cost, Extension of Time and other Claims -Others
